Frank Gardner is a highly accomplished Australian driver with a strong record in touring car and sports car racing, including three British Saloon Car Championship titles, and also has experience in open wheeler racing, winning the European Formula 5000 championship and the New Zealand Grand Prix. Gardner participated in nine World Championship Formula One Grands Prix, scoring no championship points, and had notable results in non-Championship Formula One races, including a third place at the 1965 Mediterranean Grand Prix and a third place at the 1971 International Gold Cup.
